Ingredients
- 250g butter
- 130g icing sugar
- 120g Top flour
- 150g all purpose flour
- 50ml milk
- Chocolate coating
- Beat butter and sugar
- Add flours and milk. Mix into a dough
- Shape as your liking
- Bake for 20 mins, oven 180C
- Let it cool on a wire rack
- Dip into chocolate coating
Ingredients
- 100g white chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 125g butter, coarsely chopped
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup golden syrup / honey
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1/3 cup self-raising flour
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- Preheat oven to 170C
- Line a 12 cupcake pan with cupcake papers
- Combine the chocolate, butter, sugar, syrup and milk in a saucepan
- Stir over a low heat until melted and combined. Allow to cool for 15 mins
- Sift the flours
- Gradually fix the flours into caramel mixture
- Stir in the egg
- Divide the mixture evenly between the cake cases
- Bake for 30 mins
one of the easiest muffin i've ever made. smells good, taste good :)
Ingredients
- 250g cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons best quality cocoa powder
- 175g castor sugar
- 150g chocolate chips
- 250ml milk
- 90ml of vegetable oil or 75g butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Put the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa, and sugar into a large bowl.
- Pour all the liquid ingredients into a another bowl
- Mix the dry and wet ingredients together
- Add in the chocolate chips
- Spoon into the prepared muffin cases - oven 200C.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the muffins are dark, risen and springy
